07/03/2007 - Run
Today was mostly cloudy and rainy with thunder almost all day long. It finally let up enough to go running and I only managed 2 miles. I just could not run today, there was lots of thick swarms of nats. They were about every 1/4 mile or so and would last for 100 feet or so, making it very hard to run through without getting swarms in my nose and mouth. Sorry but that run was just not worth it.
