A nice morning bike ride today, the trail is so quiet. Even next to the highway there is not much traffic early and its pretty calm and relaxing out there. I always ride with my phone, just in case and though I would snap a quick pic. Really just wanted to test the camera on my new phone.

A nice 3.87 mile run, except the last .87 was way off time. Oops.

I lost (by a lot) but it was still fun and helped motivate me, so based on that it was good. Maddy posted some comments on the other post about getting another challenge going.

Another day another run. Seem to be keeping to a good pace now. I love being a runner, its still fun. Even though my routes kind of had me bummed out the other day its still nice to be able to get out and be free. Running is my quiet time, my worry free time. I can just relax and enjoy the sites.

I think I have finally gotten the heat and humidity problem under control. Still not sure why it has been bothering me so much this year, I have lived in Florida for more than 10 years now. Oh well, my runs seems to be more steady now and that is good news.

Good thing summer is almost over.

So I got my butt kicked, but still had fun.

So this is a running site and I will plan to continue running, but now that I found (sort of safe) access to the huge bike path you will have to hear me talk about biking as well. I plan to start swim training soon but that will just be kept to myself, nothing exciting there. Here is my bicycle, its a few years old now but still looks like new.

This will continue to be a running site, but will also add some bicycling making it more of an endurance path than just running.
